Payroll
Your crew gets paid on time and your payroll taxes come out right.
This is for you if…
- You have employees (or you're about to hire your first one).
- You do payroll by hand, or someone does it but nobody tells you what labor costs you on each job.
- You work on public jobs that require prevailing wage.
What you get
- Your crew paid on time, every week or every two weeks, however you already pay them.
- Payroll taxes paid and filed on time.
- What labor costs you on each job.
- W-2s ready at year-end.
- On public jobs with prevailing wage, the weekly reports (WH-347) ready to hand in.
- Nothing goes out without your OK.
How we get started
- 1. 15-minute call. You tell me how you handle your numbers today and what worries you.
- 2. Written proposal. What's included, when we start and the price, before you commit.
- 3. I take it from there. You stay on your jobs; I keep the numbers and explain what they say.
Common question
What about my subs?
Subs don't go through payroll: they're paid as independent contractors and get their 1099-NEC at year-end (that's part of the Year-end close).
How we work
- You work directly with me: you message me and I'm the one who answers.
- Before we start, we sign a written agreement with what's included and the price.
- You give me user access to your QuickBooks. You never give me your password.
- You send me documents through a secure link, never by email or WhatsApp.
- In Spanish or English, whichever you prefer.
