- A heads-up when something doesn't add up: a duplicate charge, a customer who isn't paying or an expense that jumped.
- A monthly call of up to 45 minutes to go over how the business is doing and answer your questions.
- Year-end close and taxes without the rush.
How we get started
- 1. 15-minute call. You tell me how you handle your numbers today and what worries you.
- 2. Written proposal. What's included, when we start and the price, before you commit.
- 3. I take it from there. You stay on your jobs; I keep the numbers and explain what they say.

What's the difference with job costing?
Essentials tells you how the whole business is doing. Job costing also tells you how each job is doing.
How we work
- You work directly with me: you message me and I'm the one who answers.
- Before we start, we sign a written agreement with what's included and the price.
- You give me user access to your QuickBooks. You never give me your password.
- You send me documents through a secure link, never by email or WhatsApp.
- In Spanish or English, whichever you prefer.
